What do I want from this league?

Its a pretty simple and broad question, I'm just looking for suggestions for this league, I have a general direction, but if people have ideas to improve the immersion factor, please bring them to the board. I envision this being a fun first league that requires very little, but rewards paying attention. I know life comes before this game, so I am just aiming for a small community of friends who are competing in a fictional world. At the same time, if they have time, adding to the league via creative stories, participation, and at the very least conversation between friends.

I am involved in a couple of online soccer leagues that for which I do news articles each week.  I would like to do something of this nature regarding my team.

I have a friend who made their own batch and it was wonderful. I got really interested in it, and someday when I have the money, space, and know how, I'm so it.  Until then, I'll just have to buy it

I did a MR.Beer once and I have to say it was awesome. It really did taste good (maybe it was b/c I made it but I honestly do think it was good).

It wasn't so hard and I wanted to make more but it's another one of those things, you do it once it's great and want to do it again but you never do.
